Fees & Billing

I am an out-of-network provider, and do not work directly with insurance companies. This is a private pay practice, which allows for more time, privacy, and personalized care.

I can provide an itemized receipt (or superbill) for appointments that you may submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out of network benefits. See FAQ page for more details.

Please contact me for information or questions regarding fees.

I evoke these questions in my approach to help you better understand the roots of problems and build empowering personal narratives of wisdom, resilience, and meaning.

  • How are the ways you think and function in the world shaped by the historical, biological, social and cultural contexts of your life?

  • How do you stay present through both the joys and sorrows of life experiences?

  • How can you live in your truth and in harmony with others?

  • How will you transform insight into action for a daily living that supports sustained well-being?
